Promoting the start of WrestleMania 29 ticket sales today, The Rockconfirmed he will be taking part in WrestleMania on April 7, 2013. He posted the following message to fans on his Twitter account: “Gave @WWE Universe my word I would “Electrify” Met Life Stadium @Wrestlemania like never before. Tickets on sale today..#TeamBringItStrong.”

Matt Hardy defeated Kevin Matthews to win the Pro Wrestling Syndicate (PWS) Heavyweight Championship at PWS’ event in Rahway, NJ Friday night

The Final Card For Tonight’s TNA Turning Point Pay-Per-View

TNA Wrestling announced three more matches for tonight’s Turning Point pay-per-view event during Thursday’s iMPACT! Wrestling broadcast. This includes Rob Van Dam defending the X Division Championship against Joey Ryan.

Also announced for tonight is Joseph Park facing Aces & Eights member Doc (formerly known as Luke Gallows) and ODB and Eric Young taking on Tara and Jesse.

Bautista’s next MMA opponent?

MMA Hvt. fighter John Shaddock has gotten his name out there as the possible next opponent for former WWE star Dave Bautista. Bautista, who made his MMA debut in a victory last month, has not confirmed yet whether he will have a second pro fight. Shaddock discusses his desire to fight Bautista in an interview here at ProMMANow.com .

 Randy Orton Set For Major Push

Randy Orton is said to be getting a big push.

According to sources, the plan is to have Orton be built back up as one of the top names in the company over the next six months, leading into and past WrestleMania 29.

Brad Maddox Mocks Ryback On Twitter

Brad Maddox posted the following to Twitter yesterday to promote his match with Ryback tomorrow on RAW, wherein if he wins he will get $1 million:
